Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return Period You may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Any items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Non-Refundable Items Certain items, including personalized or customized products, gift cards, and sale/clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund. If the item is marked as non-returnable during the purchase process, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rolexsophistication.com within the 30-day return window. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any additional information. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  4. Refund Method Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  5. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@rolexsophistication.com with photos of the damaged product. We will issue a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

  7. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to discuss the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be processed within 30 days from the original purchase date.

  8. Exceptions We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the returned items do not meet the criteria outlined above or are not in the condition originally shipped.
