Order Processing Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email. Please review the details of your order carefully. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Pricing All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. If an error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct pricing and offer a solution, including the option to cancel or modify the order.

International Orders We currently ship within the United States and may offer international shipping in select locations. Backorders If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via email. If the item becomes available again, we will process the backorder and ship it as soon as possible. You may also choose to cancel the backorder if you no longer wish to wait.

Limitations on Liability We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. If there are issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We also reserve the right to limit or refuse sales to any customer or address at our discretion.
